Very Poor Experience | Invisalign Treatment

I started my Invisalign treatment at Novocare Edappally in November 2025 with Dr. Amla. I opted for EMI and have now completed the full payment of ₹1.4 lakh for 26 stages of aligners.

The issue:
The first 3 stages fit fine. From stage 4 onwards, the upper aligner did not fit at all. By stages 5-7 it was very visibly ill-fitting. I sent photos/videos to Dr. Amla. She asked me to reuse stages 3-7, but that didn’t fix anything.

I visited the clinic multiple times. On 27th June 2026, Dr. Amla and another doctor confirmed the aligners were not fitting properly. They said it was a problem with the aligners and suggested ordering a warranty replacement set. They took photos, scanned my teeth again, and told me to continue with stage 13 for 1 month until the new set arrived.

The worst part:
It’s been 1.5+ months since then. I’ve called 3+ times asking for updates. Last week they said it was “shipped”. It never arrived. Today when my husband called, Dr. Amla argued that the issue is because _I_ wasn’t using the aligners properly — even though she herself ordered a warranty set saying it was the aligner’s fault.

My question: If I was using it wrong, why did you order a warranty set? Why take responsibility that day and blame me today?

I have paid in full and now I’m stuck. No treatment progress, no clear communication, and no accountability.

I do NOT recommend Novocare Edappally for Invisalign or any expensive dental treatment. Please choose wisely

I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The dentist was very gentle, patient, and took the time to explain every procedure clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease.

The clinic itself was very clean, modern, and well organized. I truly appreciated the care and attention given throughout my visit. The treatment was smooth, painless, and handled with great professionalism.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care and excellent customer service. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had!

I’m really happy with my dental aligner treatment and could see noticeable changes even in the early stages itself.
Dr. Sweeney was extremely helpful, patient, and always took the time to reply to all my doubts and questions, no matter how small or silly they were.What I appreciated the most was how genuinely caring and supportive the doctor was throughout the journey. I always felt comfortable, motivated, and cared for — more like talking to a close relative or someone who truly wanted the best for me rather than just a doctor-patient interaction. That personal care and encouragement made a huge difference in my confidence during the treatment.
A special thanks to Nurse Sajitha, who was truly a real lifesaver throughout the process. She was incredibly supportive, patient with all my delays for follow-ups, and always helped make everything smooth and stress-free.

For any dental issues, Novocare is my go to place. When I planned on getting aligners to fix my teeth, they gave me many brand options both international and Indian, whatever that suits my budget and time for fixing. I reside out of state and anytime a new set of aligners arrives, they would parcel it to where ever I am, such a a seamless experience! Dr Rasiya, her team and all staff are so skilled, polite and patient and also I feel, are the best, the quality of any treatment they provide is excellent. I have been consulting with Dr Rasiya for the last 21 year (Back then she was associated to another clinic).
